We have had Steve come out a few times and I just wish he could also be an electrician and take care of some other things we're in need of. One time he came out to fix an issue with our bathtub faucet and after almost an hour's worth of work he couldn't fix it permanently, he needed to order a different part, and he never even charged us for that hour he was there doing the temporary fix. When he needed to order things for repairs, he didn't bill us for it. He also had no problem working with us for the payment at a time where money was tight. He was very understanding and flexible. He is always kind, polite, professional, fast, HONEST, and has no intention in trying to scam you. I feel like he understands that when youre honest and forthcoming, you get repeat customers and those customers tell their friends and family about you. Steve totally gets it. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My water Heater was leaking. They installed a new Rehm Professional Model and Expansion Tank for $817.00. A quote from another plumbing company was $1900.00. I wish I could give them a 10 start rating but it only allows up to 5. Thank you. Very professional and very enjoyable to talk to. P.S. From my wife and daughter GO PACKERS!
