I rarely give a five star review, but the experience and the technician deserve it. Carlos was knowledgeable. Explained things, educated me on things when I asked questions, very nice person and obviously knows what he's doing. The price was perfect. I saved quite a bit of money compared to having plumbers do the work. His estimate came in well under the other estimates I received with the exact same amount of work.
Excellent customer service and workmanship. Was thorough and explained everything in detail. Provided useful tips and recommendations for extending the life of the water heater. I am happy to have called and now own a Bradford water heater.
