I rarely give a five star review, but the experience and the technician deserve it. Carlos was knowledgeable. Explained things, educated me on things when I asked questions, very nice person and obviously knows what he's doing. The price was perfect. I saved quite a bit of money compared to having plumbers do the work. His estimate came in well under the other estimates I received with the exact same amount of work.

I am so impressed with this company. I noticed my water heater was leaking and Don came out right away and was able to install a new one on the spot in a couple of hours. Don was very professional and thoroughly explained everything to me about their prices and the installation process. No upselling like other companies. I am extremely satisfied with the installation and pricing. Their prices are VERY reasonable compared with their competitors in the area. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking to repair or replace a water heater.

Carlos was our repair man today from Water Heaters Only Arizona. The supervisor from Water Heaters Only CA,who also was there w Carlos. I requested my Rheem anoid rod to be serviced/replaced. Between the two men, the job Got done .it took almost 2 hours from arrival to departure the supervisor left, Carlos thought the job was done. I found a filter on the floor,which had been forgotten to reinstall and the filter was still dirty. I used our personal aircompressor to clean it better.Carlos reinstalled it. He left. I left, i had errands to run. I was gone a few hours.Upon coming home, I noticed some light's not turning on my in my home. Then I opened my garage refrig- no power. I checked my circuit breaker box and some circuit was turned off. I was extremely thankful I came home and did not loose any of my food in my garage and or /freezer. The men had unplugged the garage refrig and failed to re plug it in before leaving. They failed to switch the circuit breaker back on. Just attention to detail on a job was missed.maybe a bit more training is needed.ty

One of best contractor experiences I have had since owning my home. I had a competing offer from a GC that I wanted a second opion on due to some inconsistencies. Don came over from Water Heaters Only and was actually the person who was going to install the equipment as well as negotiating the deal. I appreciated this very much. We had some really bad and messy plumbing connected to our old waterheater due to someone else cutting corners. Don said he would fix that all up and get us a good discount... which he did. He was honest, upfront, and punctual more than I can say for other experiences I've had. I would recommend him to any friends and family that needed a new water heater.
