I hired WaterBoy to remove the stink emanating from our shower drain. I dealt with Mike and his mom, Barb throughout the process. They are very nice people. Mike is very knowledgeable and really walked me through the issues. They ended up doing a larger job to correct all of the non-code-complaint issues in the basement. I am very pleased with the work. I would definitely call them again. The only improvement area is the minor, non-functional touches. Even with that, Mike seemed keen on solving the issue. Great place!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely the best — trust Bruce and Waterboy! We purchased our first home in April 2025 and have been on a crash course in homeownership ever since — one thing breaking after another. The most stressful issue by far was our well. After having four different companies come out (two of whom ghosted us, one who charged us $1,400 to replace a pump that didn’t fix the problem, and another who said we’d need an entirely new well), we were overwhelmed and discouraged — not to mention nervous about the potential cost. Enter Bruce from Waterboy — a total game changer. A friend of ours had Bruce at their home for a repair and asked if he’d be willing to swing by our place afterward. Since then, everything has been working beautifully, and our water pressure has improved significantly. We are beyond grateful and cannot recommend Waterboy enough. Bruce was awesome to work with. He came out to the house quickly to do a consultation with us in regards to a leak in an outdoor underground pipe. Bruce was able to find and fix the leak. Waterboy is very professional, explained everything to us along the way, and fixed our issue. Barb was wonderful to deal with for the office administrative stuff we had to do. We would highly recommend Waterboy for any of your Well and Plumbing needs.

Installed a new sump pump in my basement less than the originally quoted price. They were very professional throughout the whole process. I cannot say enough good things about them and their work. They were easy to talk to over the phone and worked with my schedule to have the work completed. They showed up on time and completed the work in one day even after running into some problems. The owner even helped me troubleshoot my gas furnace that was not working at the time. The installation was clean and very well done. I am looking forward to working with them again and having my pressure tank replaced.

Don't get me wrong, WaterBoy Plumbing does great work. But at least with me, I have a burst water pipe and had a drain pipe to the septic tank disconnected and since they diagnosed it, it has taken forever for them to come back to fix it and I paid them a $105 service call. I stand corrected...they didn't come back to fix it yet. I had another company fix the drain pipe and Waterboy was supposed to come today, June 2, to fix the burst water pipe but canceled. I understand things happen, but it took a month to even get that scheduled.

Had broken and frozen pipes , these guys showed up very fast , took the time to make the repairs right then tested and retested every single thing , they even found a part that needed to be replaced that I didn’t even see leaking and fixed that also , price was spot on , no BS , just simply pointed out exactly what the problem was and fixed it , very friendly people , went way above and beyond to get water back into my house quickly , I highly recommend Water Boy Plumbing .
