David was here to install all new insulation after the new ductwork. David took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and neatly, at that. He even came back out when I had noticed some caulking that had dripped on my carpet upstairs and I wasn't sure how to get it out. David came back out to take care of it and the owner, Kirk showed up as well. These are the little things that show so much professionalism and excellent customer service. We recently had both of our HVAC units replaced, and I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Way Cool HVAC! She was kind, knowledgeable, incredibly responsive, and made sure we felt confident in every decision. UPDATE 5/27/26: Had Way Cool Plumbing & Air back out today to service/tune-up the A/C at the rental property I manage, and once again Ping Moeveve was outstanding! Professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and incredibly helpful. He walked me through all the system readings, ratings, and overall performance of the A/C in a way that was easy to understand and never rushed. As someone managing a property, transparency and trust matter a lot, and Ping definitely delivers both. It’s rare to find technicians who not only know their trade but also genuinely care about educating the customer and providing top-tier service. Ping Moeveve came out for my A/C tune-up and was outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and very thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my system was running properly before he left. Chris also came out the same day to perform a water heater flush and did an excellent job as well! He was professional, efficient, and very helpful. And he had dog treats for my pups!! Luis was amazing! Very kind and helpful. I am confident in the work he did and appreciate your services ! Way Cool was the most honest and professional company to work with. They were recommended to me by our realtor. I never met them in person since I am thousands of miles away having them do several repairs for my aging parents home. They answered my multiple texts and phone calls during the process of replacing and fixing several issues in their home. They serviced the HVAC units as well as replacing a major part of the AC. We also had to fix a leak in the master bath. Using the two departments were seamless and they accommodated all my requests. Working with Dave and the company was beyond amazing!
