Today we had Western Heating, Air and Plumbing doing our yearly maintenance for our furnaces. As usual, the experience was fantastic! Brandon was our technician. He was excellent at his work and a pleasure to interact with. For the last ten years we have been using Western exclusively for any HVAC and Plumbing needs because we have become accustomed to the quality of their work, their respect for our home, the clear and effective communication and the overall customer service experience. We love the honesty and accountability they bring with all the before and after pictures and videos. If a repair is needed, the price structure is simple and easy to understand.

I cannot recommend this group enough. Over the years, we’ve had two furnaces and now two AC units replaced. They always do fantastic work. Their bids are competitive with others but their customer service keeps us coming back. ⭐️ They show up on time, keep everything clean, and answer all of our questions. We didn’t opt for the most expensive AC unit since we live in a cooler part of the valley. Brent helped us pick the model that would fit our needs without spending a ton. We’ve loved working with him over the years. We’ve had several different teams work on our house and have always had a great experience. Tyler and Easton installed our new AC unit today. They were friendly and fast. Tyler went the extra mile to make this unit extra efficient and problem resistant for the future. Thanks for another seamless install.

Ondrej was on time for his appointment and very thorough. He communicated very clearly what he was going to do regarding preventative maintenance on my furnace and then what results he found upon completion. Both Seth and Blake came out the same day—Seth for a water heater tune up and Blake for a furnace tune up—and they were excellent to work with. Each of them was polite, professional, and very thorough in explaining what they were doing and why. They both offered clear recommendations without any pressure, which I really appreciated. On top of their great work, they were so patient and kind with my two young kids, who were curious about the process and kept asking questions. It made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Evan Gray, a plumbing technician, was amazing!! Very thorough & helpful during the annual free plumbing/water heater check. He explained what he would recommend at the end & why. He also went out of his way to teach me how simple it is to turn on and off an outdoor shower head that I usually avoid because I don’t want to accidentally turn knobs the wrong way! He explained it in a way I’ll never forget! Thank you, Evan!

I had a great experience with Western Heating & Air! I couldn’t get my AC to work, and after installing a new capacitor without it fixing the issue, I called Western. A tech, Keaton, came out the next day and quickly diagnosed the issue as a simple fix on the control board. I inquired about the cost of new systems, as my AC and Furnace were over 16 years old. Nate showed me some options, but I never felt any pressure or upselling tactics. The price and options seemed right, so I went for it. Shawn and Chris installed the system mid-May. They were very professional and did a great job. Shawn in particular went above and beyond, re-doing much of the utility room duct work to both look better and be more efficient. Nearly a month later, there have been zero issues!

Western Heating and Air is a great company to work with. I had 3 bids to replace my old AC and furnace with a new Heat Pump and Furnace and they were the only company that actually gave me a bid with the correct size unit for my house. The sakes rep was super nice and knowledgeable and was not pushy. One of the other companies I got a bid from called me more than once trying to talk me into going with them. The installers were very professional and knowledgeable. They did a great job explaining my new system to me and also with protecting my carpets and with the clean up. I highly recommend this company.

Tim is absolutely amazing and did an outstanding job with our HVAC maintenance service. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything he observed, along with things we could do to help our system run more efficiently. He worked efficiently and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing the job right. He even offered to help with anything beyond the HVAC service, which really shows how much he cares about his customers.
