We recently had our entire HVAC system replaced and we’re very happy we chose Western. Hunter handled the quoting and sales process and was fantastic to work with — knowledgeable, respectful, and patient with all of our questions. He made everything straightforward and provided thoughtful options tailored to our home. The installation team (Tyler, Brandon, and another crew member) did an excellent job. They completed a large amount of work in just one day, were professional, answered maintenance questions, and treated our home with care. The system has been running perfectly with no issues since installation. They also managed the rebate process for us, which I really appreciated. It was handled quickly and required very little effort from me. Overall, I highly recommend Western — great people, great service, and a great experience from start to finish.

We have been using Western Heating and Air since we moved to Utah and they have been wonderful. Long story short both the heating and plumbing came on the same day at the same time. They were so gracious to work together and to wear booties because I just had the house cleaned. I have to say- these two employees were the most through and incredible people I have ever had. Brandon was in charge of the heating and Sterling was in charge of the plumbing. I did end up needing to get things fixed by both but they were so kind about it and they did the repairs so quickly and neatly. I couldn’t believe the gadgets Brandon had to check my system. I really felt like they did a great job.

Sophia came out today to do maintenance on my two furnace units. She was on time, so professional, explained everything thoroughly with me, and so clean. I was so impressed. Have never had a technician as good as she was!!! Will definitely use again!

Excellent all around service. Western got someone out within 24 hours of my calling, gave me a quick and fair quote with multiple options, and even gave me tips on how to do it myself. Ryan Caulky was extremely helpful. He was professional and experienced. I used Main Street for years for heating and air and now am sold on Western plumbers as well. One stop shop for prompt, experienced and professional service!

Brent, Caleb and Sam were amazing! Communication was great throughout the sales and system design process. Brent knows his stuff and is eager to help you get what you want installed within your budget parameters. Easily the most painless sales process I've been through, without any high pressure sales or up-selling. Brent spent about an hour reviewing my HVAC system (supplies, returns, current system sizing, windows and size of windows, square footage of the house, quality/quantity of insulation, etc) in order to size the system appropriately for my space. I made a bunch of small changes to the system before we settled on something final, and even though I felt bad for all the extra work I generated for him, Brent was very happy to do it and I never got any bad feelings from him. The scheduling was quick and flexible, despite a couple of delays on my end because of the electrical requirements of my house. The install was fantastic! I have never seen so much mastic on an HVAC system (the grey slime stuff for sealing duct work that hardens after a day or so). Caleb and Sam did lots of custom sheet metal work to insure there were as few gaps as possible then covered up any possible holes with lots and lots of mastic. They even corrected some of my duct issues around the new air handler without me asking and without charging me extra. I could tell that it is a good place to work and the customer comes first- without hesitation or calling his manager, when there was a duct run that had issues and was going to take some extra time, Caleb said he would come back out a different day to complete the work. Caleb Sam and Brent were friendly, kind, courteous and helpful. They volunteered to help move some items, not related to the HVAC system, that I was struggling with. I had TONS of questions about the install during the process and they were all answered without hesitation and with a genuine smile. When hurdles came up during the install, I was included as a contributor in the resolution process. The result I couldn't be happier with. I have a quiet, efficient and comfortable system that should last us for years to come. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any service, new install, retrofit you may need.
