Keovianye came to my home today to do two repairs. He arrived about 10-15 minutes early which was fine, he was so polite, professional, respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. He told me what he had to do and showed me it was fixed when finished. I chatted with him a bit and I loved this business is family owned. I would recommend Westside Plumbing to any and all. Received an estimate without having to wait for a hour (yes the estimates before this one took an extremely longgg time). The installation technician was very knowledgeable, helpful, and respectful of my time. I have back and leg issues and the technician was there to help move anything that i couldn't move in advance for the service. Thank you for a great experience.

Westside Plumbing is the most amazing plumbing company. Extremely prompt service on a broke water line from the street. Have had them do two compete bathroom remodels also. Another job was new sewer line for a new bathroom. Ivan is honest and extremely experienced in all plumbing. Do not hesitate to call them. Very fair pricing for a job done right the first time. He takes care of all your plumbing needs.

Booked them for a commercial washroom repair at our small office. One toilet was constantly running and wasting water. The plumber arrived prepared, replaced internal parts and also checked another unit without extra charge. Work was efficient, though communication from the office side was a bit delayed when confirming the schedule. Still, the on-site technician handled everything professionally.
