SAM WAS AMAZING! He had his work cut out for him and was happy to do the work. This was an amazing experience. He had to work at getting the old tank out and thought if different ways to solve the problem.

Received a quote for replacement of both my furnaces, and the addition of an AC system to the new main floor furnace. Daniel Smith met with us in our home. We showed him our mechanical space and discussed what we liked and didn't about our existing but outdated equipment. Daniel was very attentive, provided useful information, answered all our questions, gave us several options, and developed a system we believe will meet our needs. We had other bids, but he brought out equipment that I was not aware of for: saving space, not being audibly or visually disturbing, and providing addditional operating cost savings. Work will start tomorrow and I will update my review regarding installation and system performance. So far we are very happy with our Whipple experience. JOB COMPLETED DANIEL, JAY, TROY, ALDO AND THEIR ELECTRICIAN WERE GREAT. They showed up as scheduled and got to work. The job involved replacing 2 1978 furnaces with an 80 % high efficiency furnace for the basement and a 97% high efficiency furnace/air conditioning system. They toured the house to see where the work was and where we wanted the outside equipment to reside. Once we had that decided the fun began - demolition. Watching them take the old units out I was wondering how it was ever installed. They had protective coverings for the floor and wore booties for traveling in between. I probably asked more questions than they wanted but they answered them and kept us informed about what they were doing, gave us information about equipment features, and produced a clean and excellent, so far, system. They did run into some unforseen issues with original equpment and ductwork, and solved them. We were given options on a few items with recommendations both pro and con. They were polite and surprisingly quiet other than when using power eqipment. They paid attention to detail and provided us with confidence that all bases were covered. Overall we are very happy with the crew and their great work. In conclusion, I hope I never see them again and if the equipment and their work is as good as we believe it is, I probably never will. But if I do, I feel it will be because of equipment not installation issues.

Whipple Service is by far amazing! I was first using Any Hour service for my drain pipe leak issue, but they did not treat it as an emergent issue despite we couldn't run any water and if we did, our basement was being flooded down the walls and into our carpet. They, in fact, didn't even show up for a follow up appointment and left us waiting 4 extra days. Now with Whipple, I expressed my urgency for this issue with the operator who answered, who showed compassion and understanding, then helped me to get a tech over the same day. And as far as the technician went, we worked with Marco, he was incredible! He went straight for the issue, got to work right after running the estimates, answered any questions, and kept us involved on the progress. He was able to get the issue fixed within 24 hours. My husband and I both agree, that we would work with him again in the future for our HVAC needs, and definitely recommend to family and friends! Thank you again!!
