Brett is the bees knees! Very friendly, professional, clearly knows specialized and standard electrical skills and speaks in detail, and works quietly, efficiently, and thoroughly. I have previously fired 2 contractors, 1 electrician, turned away 2 other electricians, and 3 HVAC technicians. So when I met with Brett at my home, while walking him thru what was needed, he brought up some very important details I either overlooked or did not kniw about. Wonderful electrician. I am so impressed, I joined the Whipple membership and had Brett place the company placard in my front yard. You will be happy too. 💯 I asked him to install a power surge protector inside the electric power switch wall panel at the last minute, and he graciously obliged. I purchased an EMP device for electrical switch wall panels a year ago. Electricians I asked if they would install it…said no. Brett said no problem, so now I need to remember where I put the darn thing. 😂.

Ken gave a thorough explanation and hopefully solved the problem. He also saved us money with the club membership. I would recommend that you watch out for their sales tactics however. We have had the club membership before and the salesman is a bit of a con man. Ken was good though!

George did a Great Job! He was professional, thurough, and had an Awesome Attitude!! He explained what was going on with my Furnace, and gave me tips to keep it running in tip top shape! I would surely recommend him to anyone needing HVAC work needing to be done. And he set up an appointment to have my water heater looked at, it’s 20 years old and needs to be replaced. Maxwell and his partner can’t remember his name were very professional and friendly. They did a great job and got the AC/Furnace installed in 7 hours. They showed us how to use the smart thermostat. They also cleaned up all of the mess they created. They also fixed a pipe vent to the water heater that was not to code. I would highly recommend Whipple if you are looking to replace you AC and or Furnace. We are very happy with the price and the workmanship.

Khaing was very knowledgable and professional and also respectful. Got the job done good and was able to work a couple of extra bugs out afterward with no problems. Jason and crew were also great. After the excavation they put everything back in order without damaging grass or concrete. I am happy with my experience so far. Highly recommend whipple services.

They just helped us replace our entire electrical panel after our main breaker failed and started sparking. Other companies either didn't answer or had appointments that were weeks out. Whipple was there in less than 24 hours. Brett was incredibly professional and polite. He did an excellent job replacing the panel and cleaned up after himself. If every electrician at Whipple is like him, you're guaranteed a good experience.

I had a great experience with Khai from Whipple. He was quick to respond and very friendly throughout the visit. The price felt a little high, but I appreciated that he was able to quickly identify the leak source and fix it the same day by replacing the pressure-reducing valve and main water shutoff. Everything was completed within just a few hours. I’ve used Whipple in the past and will definitely use them again in the future.

I was very happy with the service I had from Max and McKay. They were both knowledgeable in the job they were doing -which was replacing my furnace and A/C units. They were very efficient and informative about all that they would be doing and then cleaned up everything after.
