Brett is the bees knees! Very friendly, professional, clearly knows specialized and standard electrical skills and speaks in detail, and works quietly, efficiently, and thoroughly. I have previously fired 2 contractors, 1 electrician, turned away 2 other electricians, and 3 HVAC technicians. So when I met with Brett at my home, while walking him thru what was needed, he brought up some very important details I either overlooked or did not kniw about. Wonderful electrician. I am so impressed, I joined the Whipple membership and had Brett place the company placard in my front yard. You will be happy too. 💯 I asked him to install a power surge protector inside the electric power switch wall panel at the last minute, and he graciously obliged. I purchased an EMP device for electrical switch wall panels a year ago. Electricians I asked if they would install it…said no. Brett said no problem, so now I need to remember where I put the darn thing. 😂.
Ken gave a thorough explanation and hopefully solved the problem. He also saved us money with the club membership. I would recommend that you watch out for their sales tactics however. We have had the club membership before and the salesman is a bit of a con man. Ken was good though!
George did a Great Job! He was professional, thurough, and had an Awesome Attitude!! He explained what was going on with my Furnace, and gave me tips to keep it running in tip top shape! I would surely recommend him to anyone needing HVAC work needing to be done. And he set up an appointment to have my water heater looked at, it’s 20 years old and needs to be replaced.
