Whipple Service Champions

Sam came to our home the day after Christmas to repair a circuit breaker. I appreciated his friendliness and professionalism. It turned out that the breaker didn't need to be replaced after all, but he did a review of our electrical needs and gave us solutions instead. The honesty was refreshing, and I will definitely call Whipple if we need electrical help in the future.

I recently had an excellent experience with Whipple Service Champions and want to give a special shout-out to technician Regan. Earlier this year, another local plumber repaired a leaking pipe on my water heater but accidentally broke the bypass valve on my water softener during the job. He replaced the broken part but refused to install the updated components required for my older unit, telling me to “just look it up on YouTube” because it would “only take a couple minutes.” After weeks of searching and getting no follow-up from him despite repeated calls, I was left frustrated and without a working water softener. I called Whipple and they had someone out the very next day. Regan arrived on time, assessed the situation quickly, and not only fixed the bypass properly but took the time to walk me through everything she was doing. She pointed out several issues with the previous plumber’s work on the water softener piping (poor routing, incorrect fittings, etc.) and corrected them all. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient with my questions, and made sure I felt confident that everything was done right before she left. She even encouraged me to watch the repair and contact her directly if anything came up later. The difference in professionalism, skill, and customer care was night and day. Regan turned a frustrating, months-long headache into a same-week fix. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Highly recommend Whipple and especially Regan for any plumbing needs — they’ve earned a customer for life.

Sergio Varela was fantastic!!!! I have made appointments that weren't followed through on in the past. I was so happy that he came early and did a fantastic job. He got my A/C checked and my furnace checked! He was efficient and explained everything along the way. He was one of the best techs I have had out this far!!!! Thank you Sergio V. Keep being amazing.
