It was easy to get an appointment with Whipple. They were able to come the next day. The technician called me beforehand and asked if he could come early. He made a quick assessment of the situation went to get parts and came back and fixed it in about four hours. Amazing work!

I’ve used Whipple before, for “normal” plumbing issues. This was my first emergency. They helped me get my new tub faucet ordered, and then arranged for an emergency restoration company to come out and get us moving back towards normalcy.

Ryan Garrett was a very knowledgeable and experienced plumber. He diagnosed the plumbing issue and did the repair work expeditiously and made sure the final inspection was after the repair work was done had to leaks and left the place in a very clean status. Brandon Hernandez was amazing! Not only did he show up timely, he was incredibly courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. He listened to all of my concerns and was thorough with troubleshooting the issues with my furnace. He went above and beyond to make sure i was comfortable and happy with the warranty work done. I cannot express my gratitude knowing I'm heading into winter with a properly running, safe, and efficient furnace unit. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing hvac. The experience was awesome! Jason & Jeremy were very professional and knowledgeable. They were very personable and friendly and explained every thing they were doing. They worked very hard and were able to locate the broken pipe and fix it and the leak is stopped. They also took extra measures to insure the areas on the foundation both on the outside of the house and inside the house were sealed to prevent this from happening again. If/when I have plumbing issues again I would hope to get Jason & Jeremy again!

During our recent hvac repair, it was discovered that we had multiple leaks and corroded pipes. Techs showed us the situation in the crawl space and we saw for ourselves. Jayden was sent out to evaluate the plumbing fully and then present us our options. He was extremely thorough and explained everything. Once we made a decision, he came back and did the work himself. He stayed all day, and there were some complications but there was no increase in price for the longer work day or extra materials. He was super nice to work with, and we would highly recommend and already have done so. He was such a hard worker in a very tight space. He kept us updated to date, and did everything he to keep the water off for as short a time as necessary. It was a two day project, but the quote never changed and he had us running overnight. We’re just so impressed with the service and professionalism! He deserves lots of credit!

I signed up for the monthly service contract. I thought, great another monthly fee. Surprisingly they have a good deal for multiple units. It wasn't just 2 units 2 charges. They called and reminded me that they could come out and service them anytime but now would be ideal. They worked with my schedule and sent two techs, partly training but also to get it done ASAP. They were very polite, well kept and respectful of my house, dog and equipment. Overall I'm glad I have the contract and would recommend it for others. Please give them a chance and see for yourself. Don't neglect maintenance, its like getting your oil changed, you never see it's benefits but you would feel its neglect.

Todd Montague came out help me with an off-grid battery and inverter install for my server rack. He had experience doing this type of install before and walked me through the project with specific knowledge about how to make it work properly. He was friendly, efficient, and fast. Wiring is clean and organized. He even stayed to help me double check my inverter and battery settings and test a grid power failure scenario to make sure everything worked. Highly recommend Todd M!
