Troy took care of routine maintenance on our hot water heater, inspected all the hot and cold water valves throughout the house, and even discovered a vacation valve hidden behind our water softener that we weren’t aware of. He explained each step as he worked, making sure I understood everything. Troy also discussed our aging water softener, shared advice about several newer models, and later sent over more details for us to consider in the future.
