First, there are not enough stars to show my appreciation to the entire company. From the lady who took my call last night and got em in touch with Ryan the on call plumber. He gave me hints to do until someone was able t come out to fix a frozen water line. Then the receptionist contacted me , so sweet , reassured me, everything would be fine and gave me a time. Well Mark arrived just after a noticed a huge bubble in my kitchen ceiling dripping water. my frozen pipe was in my kitchen, my bathroom is on the second floor. Of course being a widow and senior citizen, I was a mess concerned for my dog and cat. The first thing Mark said is , "It's not a problem, I will get it taken care of." IHe was so kind, professional has a very calming demeanor which I needed at that point. Ended up 2 different problems, was able to unfreeze the line , but the upstairs will be completed on a seperate day. Bathtub overflow leaked trough ceiling. Had to cut access hole . Help ed to get me set up with another company to come and do clean up since more ceiling needs to come down. Even when i called the office back after Mark left about a concern, the lady said please, you be safe we will handle and they did. Mark is an excellent worker ,neat cleaned everything up , would I recommend? ABSOLUTELY!

My experience and service with Mike Dzatko from W.J. McNabb was top-notch. Not only was he knowledgeable and professional, but was friendly and so easy to communicate with for all the plumbing needs that I had. He also went out of his way to give us excellent service. Mike and his team including Mark and Colton were prompt and easily accessible to make service calls quickly and get the job done. I’d also like to add that Andrea, from their call center was so nice and friendly, and made it very easy to get the service call dispatched immediately. McNabb definitely has great service all around. I recommend them highly for all your plumbing needs.

McNabb did a great job on our whole house re-plumbing project from estimate to completion. Andrea was especially communicative during the job and followed up regularly to assure we were satisfied with service. Both Ryan and Colton did such professional work. They were timely, neat, and cleaned up when they were done. I was impressed with their expertise and personable natures. They took the time to explain every step of the job and made sure we were comfortable with the work. Ryan went an extra mile and also fixed a previous issue he found during the re-plumb. I will not hesitate to ask McNabb to do work for our house in the future.

Highly recommend WJ McNabb Plumbing! After a pipe froze during the extreme cold this January, I reached out and was greeted by Andrea, their professional Office Manager. She was empathetic and efficient, getting me on the schedule immediately. Mike, the technician, was top-tier. He diagnosed the issue and helped me create a long-term solution to prevent future freezes by rerouting lines through a heated interior path. He also replaced an aging water heater with total expertise. Since I was off-site, I especially appreciated Mike’s detailed phone updates and the photos he sent of the finished work. My sewer backed up into the basement. I noticed it on a Friday afternoon and did not want to wait until Monday morning for my usual plumber to take care of it. From the point that Andrea answered the phone to the point that the guys left, I was impressed. Initially, Andrea didn't know if they could get to me on such short notice, but she did everything she could to make it happen and called to keep me up-to-date in the mean time. The guys were finishing up another job and could squeeze me in and so they did. Colton and (I can't remember the other guy's name - sorry other guy!) were great - professional, nice, polite, kept me in the loop on what was going on and what they were doing, etc. They came in and took a look at the situation, how the sewer lines were run, gave me their pricing which I agreed to, and got to work. Waste water now flows into the sewer again! I think their prices are probably a bit high, but (whose isn't?) they do not charge by the hour, at least not for unplugging a sewer, and they were able to show up within a few hours of my initial call. So was it worth it? Of course it was! I now have two trusted plumbing companies I can call when things go awry.

Mark was awesome! Professional and polite! Had my new sink installed in no time! Andrea in the office is also always communicative and professional! Would recommend McNabb for all of your plumbing needs! Update: McNabb has been back recently for multiple plumbing issues and as always they have been more than amazing! Mark and Andrea are the best! We joke that they are now part of the family!
