JB arrived on time and conducted assessment of water heater thermostat problem. He clearly conveyed all options available for repair and or replacement so I could make informed decision. Later he identified unexpected subsequent issues and worked quickly to resolve by immediately bringing on site Henderson’s electrical expert to assess and avoid any service delay . I am once again impressed with services provided by knowledgeable experts who work with customers to gain trust and complete satisfaction.

Our problem was an emergency and our technician John was awesome! He called me before he arrived and he was able to fix our plumbing problem with our toilet. He was so nice and was really helpful. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Thank you for your emergency service yesterday.

Great company and bill did an awesome job!!! I had a pipe crack overnight and tried to fix it myself. After a couple hours, I needed an expert I called mh Henderson and talked with a rep. Within 2-3 hours bill showed up. He was great!!! He diagnosed the problem, had the right equipment in the truck and got right to it. Within 45 mins to an hour, the work was done, the pipe was fixed and I had water running through the house again.

Finally a great experience ! I had issues previously with multiple last minute cancellations for my maintenance service so I had all but given up but I received a call from a manager and he was very helpful with resolving my issues . He rescheduled my appointment for Christmas Eve and I was fearful that once again there would be a cancellation. To my surprise they sent a great technician for my maintenance. Christopher Washington was really wonderful, he explained each part of the process and what he was actually doing step by step and also offered some advice on ways to extend the life of my heater and a/c unit . As homeowners we don’t always know much about these things so it was a breath of fresh air and I was very happy with his attention to detail . I’m so glad there are still people out there who care about their job and do it well ! Thank you wm Henderson !

The technician Sara Nance inspected and cleaned our gas furnace as part of our maintenance contract with Wm Henderson. She was cheerful and efficient and also very friendly with our dogs, one of whom followed her into the basement and shadowed her the entire time. Thank you Sara for your excellent service!

I'm in the Belmont neighborhood in Philadelphia. Liam updated me of his expected arrival rime and jumped right in with a situation regarding appliance deliveries from Lowe's and the "plumbing" angle necessary to get them functioning. He was respectful of my new space, clear on the necessary work process/next steps for which I contacted Wm Henderson, and overall, knowledgeable and professional. He will be returning to complete follow-up tasks. He also explained the one year service plan (quite reasonable), so as a new homeowner I'm glad to have that peace of mind now.

Dan Brusco arrived promptly and was very courteous. He diagnosed the issues with our sump pump and provided alternative options for addressing and associated costs. I was very pleased with my interaction with Dan. Now the work has been completed and was finished in a timely and professional manner. We installed our HVAC unit a few years ago, and it's been great. We do have regular seasonal tune-ups, and everything's been great. Wu noticed a leak from a cap recently. Our plumber told us to call HVAC people, turns out it's some other issue with the chimney. Chimney guy recommended replacing some HVAC pipes, etc. Because of the back and forth with different services, I had to have them come multiple times, and Ed Manzi has been so great, and so patient this past two weeks - helping us identify the issues, coming back checking on the system, and coming up with a plan based on our chimney guy's recommendation. We couldn't be happier. Oh, and everything was covered under the warranty. We have used WM Henderson since we bought our house, they have always managed to send us a technician within a timely manner - many times, SAME DAY! We truly appreciate them making those stressful moments manageable.

Ian was awesome! I never write reviews but wanted to express how happy I am that he resolved our washer plumbing issue! Our washer is working the best it ever has in over a year. He replaced the "smart" box that restricted water flow to an Oatey shut off valve system. Looks great. Works great. Thank you! Will call them again!
