Wm. T. Spaeder Company

I really hate to write this review, as the only positive experience I’ve had with this company was when Marty came to our house to look at our hot water heater. He was knowledgeable, professional, and kind. We had him get us an estimate to hook up our new gas stove to replace our induction. We reached out to Spaeder again a couple weeks later to request Marty hook up our stove. I initially called for this service on 11/25. Nobody returned my call until 2 weeks ago to set up something in the afternoon for 12/10. Someone (not Marty)showed up at 12/10 at 8am, when we were both leaving for work. We rescheduled for today 12/16 at 7 am, and nobody showed up. I’m disappointed with how long it’s taken for us to hook up this stove and to get someone to come to the house for the last THREE weeks.

I have a somewhat of an oddball furnace , there aren’t a lot of this model in the area . So when something goes wrong the men & women at Spaeder are my go to company as they usually have whatever widget part in stock or can get it overnight and my HVAC system up and running again . They are clean courteous and respectful , naturally taking appropriate precautions to keep them and you from cold or sick . They are a large operation and yet very nearby when you need them .

Disappointed… I reached out for pricing in early November via email. Almost a month and a half later Matt DeAngelo emailed me back. Long after a different company solved my plumbing issues.
