I am a former Cool Touch customer so I contacted Wolfangs for some routine maintenance on my 6 year old heat pump. Joshua Soto was my A/C technician and he was excellent. Joshua is very professional and polite. He did a thorough job of cleaning the unit coils.and He also installed a start assist unit and resealed the unit's plenum area. I also decided to sign up for an annual service maintenance agreement to keep the unit running smoothly. I would highly recommend Joshua and Wolfgangs to service your homes A/C unit.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink fixed and my hot water heater flushed. I decided to have a water filter system put in to finally get rid of chlorine in my water. (something I’ve thought about for a while. Perez had all three done before noon! He was super helpful, very knowledgeable, and friendly and personable. I’m very happy with this service and highly recommend them.

I've been with this company for years to complete my AC/Heater maintenance. I appreciate the call updates, if there is a delay and I always request Ozzy (Bear) to be the person to come to my house. He is very personable, respectful of property, and cares about the his work.

We have been loyal customers for many years and previously received outstanding service from technicians like Chris and Todd. However, since 2023, we've experienced a noticeable decline in service quality from newer technicians. One technician, in particular, appeared overwhelmed during her visits. She had to return multiple times due to alerts she initially overlooked, and ultimately left behind a makeshift wiring job that appeared rushed and unprofessional. We questioned the wiring during our final maintenance appointment under our original 10-year plan and were told it was fine even though it clearly looked substandard. Roughly a month after our warranty expired, the associated AC unit failed. Wolfgang diagnosed the issue as a failed circuit board and recommended replacing the unit entirely with a Lennox system. While seeking financing options, we obtained a second opinion from another company. To our surprise, they found that the AC unit itself was in excellent condition. The real issue was a frayed wire directly related to the earlier poor workmanship. After repairing the wiring, all error codes cleared and the unit resumed normal operation. This experience is extremely concerning. A misdiagnosis nearly led to a costly $15,000- $20,000 unnecessary replacement. Moreover, the root of the problem traces back to preventable technician error under Wolfgang’s care.

I did not hire this company and based on the drivers safety, I probably will not. The driver took off with pedal down from a stoplight to cut across 3 lanes of traffic, ended in front of me, WITHOUT a signal. I understand most drivers in the valley dont know what a signal is but if you are driving a company car, you should abide by AlL rules of the road. Also, the driver was going 55 in a 40. I know this cuz I was trying to keep up to get a picture at the light before he ran it and again NO signal. Sticker says speed GPS is monitored, I believe that to be false based on today's experience. So if they lie about that...

Today I had Wolfgangs out to complete some service work, including air duct cleaning, and they did a fantastic job! Ellis and Drayven were incredibly friendly, professional, and courteous throughout the entire visit. They took the time to explain the process, worked efficiently, and treated our home with care. It was refreshing to work with a company that values both quality service and customer experience. Highly recommend Wolfgangs!

This company is very reliable, been with them since 2020 and always give an excellent service, also their costs are very flexible . Today our service guys were Abel & Miguel, they were very nice and respectful, they have great communication skills and a very good attitude. I just had my air ducts cleaned & my expectations were completely exceeded. what i thought would be a quick 2 hour deal was actually a full day of thorough dismantling & cleaning of all the vents - bonkers how much dirt i had in my intakes?!? Abel & Chase were meticulous & super friendly. 

Absolutely fantastic service and instalation done by Joshua ontiverous. I appreciate the hard work a determination including working into the late hours to complete the repairs. This is not the first time their techs have worked into the night to complete a job for us. Wolfgangs has been my HVAC and plumbing service provider for a number of years now and I have never been disappointed.
