Joshua was a super friendly and helpful tech. He was on time showing up. He asked question about our heating issue and got to work with ways to solve our problem. He didn’t try to upsell or add undo repairs. He did the repair, him and I discussed. He made sure I understood everything he repaired and made sure I didn’t have any questions before he left. I highly recommend Joshua!

We had the same A/C repair company for 13 years. Once he retired I needed to find a new company. So many reviews and companies out there, I decided to give Wolfgangs Cooling, Heating & Plumbing a try. They installed a new 5ton unit for us over a year ago and we very happy with the install. Joshua Soto is our service person and he has been a pleasure to work with. Joshua is on time, calls 30 mins prior to arriving and is very clear and concise with any information he needs to go over. He provides photos of everything he does before/after. They offer a program for 2 service visits per year, which I have purchased. We have our unit looked at before summer and then prior to winter. I can highly recommend Wolfgangs.

Justin and Lyle did a great job getting my HVAC system up and running. Showed up on time ,and were very professional. Fixed my problem in 2 hours. I had been waiting for 8 weeks on another vendor to obtain a part. Will definitely continue to use Wolfgang’s!

I had an excellent experience today. From the moment Jack arrived, he was professional, kind, and extremely easy to talk to. He took the time to really listen to my concerns and walked me through exactly what was happening with my AC system in a way that made sense. What I appreciated most was the zero-pressure approach. Jack didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need - which is rare and something I truly value. He focused on diagnosing the issue, fixing the problem, and making sure I understood everything before he left. Jack was thorough, communicative, and clearly knowledgeable. The issue was resolved efficiently, and I feel confident in the work that was done. I genuinely hope he’s the technician sent out for any future service calls. It’s not often you find someone this trustworthy and professional.

Dustin was very thorough in his inspection and sent me a detailed summary with pictures and estimates of work that should be done as a preventative measure. I have had a maintenance contract for over 13 years that provides inspections twice per year. I will definitely request Dustin the next time I schedule the inspection. Very professional service.

Patt came and spent 1.5 hours helping diagnose a problem with a multi-zone system with a roof-top air-conditioner. He helped us find solutions that will greatly improve how the system performs. He also outlined a lower-cost way to add capacity if needed for hotter summers. He is incredibly bright and knowledgeable. He has a very thorough understanding of the our system. He was by far the best air-conditioning expert we've had. Highly recommended.
