I had yes come out amd give me an estimate on doing work my wife and I decided to go ahead with the work the salesman was out of the house within 5 mins of us singing the papers and didn’t want to answer any questions after he got his sale which I thought was kind of odd then the crew comes out to install it and had no idea what was going on not very knowledgeable about the job at all took them to days and they did 1/2 butt work and told me it was all ready to go after they burned the siding on my house all up with there torch I had to go buy the proper wiring for them to wire up the furnace because they didn’t have it on hand they have been back 4 times and still the issue is not resolved I have expressed my concerns to their supervisor and they signed up for the employees and said it’s up to code. I will not be using this place ever again and I recommend you do your homework before you use this place this system cost my wife and I $13,000 and this is how they left it and this is supposedly of the code

I had a great experience with this company the first time. But when they called me less than 24 hour notice to reschedule my appointment that I made over a week ago, due to their technician on vacation for 3 days. Then try to push my appointment for another week. No thanks! LOOK AT YOUR SCHEDULES BEFORE YOU BOOK CLIENTS!!!!

I I am so impressed with Miguel Molina from YES! Utah. He was professional, polite, answered all my questions, Let me watch what he was doing, and explained the processes so I could understand. He did not try to convince me to purchase anything I didn’t need, Instead helped me make informed decisions based on my best choices. I’m very impressed and will definitely ask for him for my future HVAC needs. I highly recommend him based on his honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
