We had our water heater actually blow a hole internally and had water spraying out of the top of it in the middle of the night and ended up having a little flooding in our basement. The next morning, called and they had an opening for the afternoon and Logan showed up and was very informative about the issue and what it would take to replace since it wasn't a fixable issue. He was extremely professional and very personable and then was fast and efficient with the replacement. Amazing service from the initial phone call to the final inspection of our new water heater. Thanks Logan for giving us hot water in less than 12 hours from us having a completely useless water heater.

Kaiyou Turner was very personable. A very nice young man. And explained what he was doing. We Wanted to get a duct cleaning. And we bought an air and purification system and he worked with us to get it down to a reasonable price. No pressure good salesman as well. Thank you

Dave was seriously so awesome! We was so personable right off the bat, and really spent so much detail on explaining what was going on with our HVAC system. He took pictures, gave us many options of how to make our system more efficient and was just sooooo great! I would absolutely recommend these guys for sure! PS Dave’s wealth of knowledge was astounding and I learned so much and what’s even pushy to buy anything. He was great! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! :)

Just like all Heating and Air Conditioner service providers, they are no different than the rest, offer to replace the full furnace first and then charge an increadibly expensive repair fees for almost NO work! The genuine parts was for sale on Home Depot for 96.90 and took less than 15 min to install but still charged me almost 1K, when I asked their technician, he said there is a lot of corporate overhead but still 90% adder to the part cost for a super simple repair and installation, in hind sight, should of paid the 49.00 diagnostic fee and repaired it myself since it was only 4 mounting screws, transfer a air tube and 2 electrical connections, so exhobnant service fees!! Or even Amazon would of been 85% less to do it myself that requires no technical experience!

We recently moved into a new house. Lowes set us up with a promotion for a furnace tuneup, Kaiyou came in and did a thorough inspection of my furnace and checked what year my AC unit was. He explained everything he found and was very transparent with what I may need in the future and what he could do to help. He gave me some general ideas of pricing and how much things may cost. He helped me understand the furnace better. He suggested good products that could help with purifying the air, because I wanted to know if there was something we could do for the house we just moved into. He also let me know they do duct cleaning with a scrub brush vacuum, not just pressured air. He did a great job and I didn't feel like he was pushy at all.

I have to say that the team of people from (YES) Heating&Air&Plumbing&Elecrical were so easy and pleasant to talk with and were so good in explaining and presenting information on the condition of my old furnace and air conditioning that I had installed close to 20 years ago. They showed pictures of its internal condition and problems that existed internally, that you cannot see when you open it up. They presented multiple replacement units and all the pricing in a non aggressive way and made me feel confident that I was being treated honestly. All the technicians from the gentleman from Home Depot to the one that inspected and those that installed my new system were professional and did their specific jobs extremely well. Had Yes Heating and AC come out today to inspect our furnace. The furnace was 29 years old so we were expecting that we’d have to probably replace it. They did a thorough inspection and let me be part of the inspection, as expected we found lots of rust and oil leaks on our blower motor. we opted to replace it because of the good promotional deal that they offered. We had received several other bids and the bid they gave us was a very competitive, and we accepted. They started work the same day, at about 1 PM in the afternoon and finished up rep replacing our complete system by 6 PM did a beautiful job and we couldn’t be happier. Their employees are top-notch and the job that they did was excellent. We highly recommend this company.

Garrett was an awesome plotter. He gave us all the advantages and disadvantages of water heaters and how the water heater he installed would service the best.
