The plumbing in our new Elliott built home was performed by Yuma's Best Plumbing. After discovering my water softener was leaking, I called Yuma's Best to see if it was under warranty. I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. Their answering machine worked, so I left a detailed message. After one week, still no call back. I left another detailed message. Absolutely no response. I don't know how these people are still in business. I would give zero stars, but the lowest I could give is one star.
Yuma's Best Plumbing is the subcontractor for my new home build. There have been a few hiccups here and there with minor issues within our 1 year warranty and in every instance they have been timely and efficient in repairing and resolving our issues and concerns. Because of this show of good ownership we have continued to use them for additional services including installing a new kitchen sink and water pressure regulator and have been very happy with the results; would highly recommend!
