The plumbing in our new Elliott built home was performed by Yuma's Best Plumbing. After discovering my water softener was leaking, I called Yuma's Best to see if it was under warranty. I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. Their answering machine worked, so I left a detailed message. After one week, still no call back. I left another detailed message. Absolutely no response. I don't know how these people are still in business. I would give zero stars, but the lowest I could give is one star.

Yuma's Best Plumbing is the subcontractor for my new home build. There have been a few hiccups here and there with minor issues within our 1 year warranty and in every instance they have been timely and efficient in repairing and resolving our issues and concerns. Because of this show of good ownership we have continued to use them for additional services including installing a new kitchen sink and water pressure regulator and have been very happy with the results; would highly recommend!

Called for sewer line "back up" on our property and they were here within the hour. Couldn't ask for better service! Also the rates were perfectly in line for the area. WILL call them again if we ever need a plumber! A+ Rating in our case!

Set and appointment and then we had to change it. The date we had set was for my day off and they agreed. When we called to confirm before the day was over since the plumber never showed, the front desk lady was rude and said it was for tuesday. Yet the plumber called us to confirm for wednesday and he had called us the day before thinking he was late. They need to learn how to communicate with each other and not be a$$holes on the phone. Even when when we had our water heater replaced the tech said he was going to be back in an hour and three hours later he showed up, but this review is for the no-show on the leaky faucet we had. And the plumber never showed up for the original time which was for the morning. Then he called to change for later in the day and still didnt show.
