Z Plumberz got here quickly for a leak under our countertop. The pipes were old and not situated perfectly but Tommy worked out a great way to make a robust seal on it. Would absolutely recommend. Picture is old pipes before the fix with cracked seals. Ricky in the office was also extremely helpful navigating some insurance for me. Great work guys!

Used same plumber several years for tenants (not mentioning name). Never an issue until this last service. Overcharged. Changed a shower handle and worked on a running toilet. Was going to charge me $925, but told him the parts are about $70 and the labor fee was excessive. He agreed to discount a percentage. It was still high, but wanted them fixed so agreed with the fee. Got a call from tenant after plumber left. Tenant told me the plumber told him to order the handle and install the part himself because it was very easy. The job was never completed. He never gave the model number to the tenant before he left the job site. The tenant had to call the company. I didn't know until the tenant called me. I was furious. Told tenant to cancel the order and that I'll pay for the part and will drop by to install the handle myself right after Thanksgiving. I ordered the part from the link sent to me. It arrived a couple of days later and it was the wrong model. It was smaller and the plastic from the inside of the pipe was exposed by an inch (photos of the now completed job). It looked very unprofessionally done. The tenant told me the toilet was still running as well. So I paid an exorbitant price for a toilet that is still running and a shower handle that was never fully completed. I had to complete the job myself only to realize it was the wrong model he provided. So imagine paying $925 for the same results. A doctor charges less for a service call. Very disappointed and will never use this company again. Not sure why the same plumber who was praised for doing great work could disappoint a long time customer. If I could give -5 stars, I would but Google doesn't have that option.

Had a bad blockage behind the kitchen sink that caused a flood when the water softener cycled. Its an old house and when I removed the p-trap, the tightening nut disintegrated. I tried snaking but the blockage was beyond 25 ft so it didn't reach and I couldn't replace the p-trap as the nut was destroyed and upper part was glued on so it required cutting and reinstalling with a whole new kit. Im working and didn't want to take it on and create more problems. Called around 8am this morning. Call was courteous and professional and scheduled a tech for 11am - 3pm. He not only showed up on time but about 1/2 hr early. Nice young guy Tommy came in with shoe covers and covers on the wheels of the heavy duty snake machine. Laid out a tarp to protect the floors and under the sink which I also appreciated. He snaked the drain and sent a camera down to inspect and revealed heavy grease build up and other nastiness. He cut off the old plumbing pipes and reinstalled with brand new parts that will be much easier to service. He even alerted me to how the r/o drain was originally improperly installed on the wrong side of the p-trap. He tapped a new hole on the correct side and tapped in the drain hose. Everything flows perfectly now and looks great. Super happy with Tommy and this company. Will use again for sure.
