Zippity Split Plumbing, Drain Cleaning, and Sewer Repair

Had a great experience with Tommy and Zach! They were able to come the same day, actually within a couple hours, that I called for an issue with my water softener. They quickly diagnosed the problem and scheduled me for service the next day. I ended up having them install a new unit. Within 24 hours of their first visit, the whole process has been buttoned up! I will definitely consider Zippity for my future plumbing needs.

If I could give 5-more stars!!! We cannot recommend Zippity Split Plumbing enough! We live in a 75-year-old home with the original cast iron sewer line plumbing, so we knew repairs and re-lining were inevitable. From the start, they provided a thorough, free inspection and a very clear plan of action. During the project, we discovered the drain lines also needed repair. While there were a few "bumps" and even some unplanned leaks due to the nature of the work, the team "scooped" right in and handled everything. We didn't have to worry about a thing; they truly took care of us the entire way. Our sales rep, Jeremy, was great, and Sheldon, our tech, was exceptional. Sheldon oversaw the work and was so kind in explaining every detail. Even when human mistakes happened, they were completely transparent, coming to us immediately to explain what happened and how they fixed it. Their integrity is top-notch. We actually have a massive regret about not using them for another project we had quoted—lesson learned! We will definitely be calling them for all future needs.
