My HVAC unit stopped working on a cold January Friday. I called Zola’s and they sent a service rep immediately. He diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and Monday installed it. Their communication from start to finish was thorough and professional. They started the repair immediately and finished the repair early. Handling this entire process over the phone was so helpful. And finally, the charges were fair and very reasonable . I would tell anyone that Zolais doing a great job

Just had our oil burner cleaned. Our scheduler was very pleasant and was great about sending reminders. James came promptly and did a great job! He answered all our questions and was very personable. Very knowledgeable technician with a pleasant demeanor. We were very pleased with the service from Zola's.

Outstanding professional service! Technician Mike showed up exactly on time and got right to work. Repaired our issue and made sure we understood what had occurred and what had been done. Installed a new furnace within days of my call . The guys where kind and knowledgeable and patient with all my concerns. The work was done quickly and for half the cost that I had anticipated. 10/10 recommend. Will definitely be using these guys for all my plumbing and heating needs.
