Conor came out and did an amazing job clearing my sewer clean out pipe. Had Adam home services out prior and they couldn’t get it unclogged and wanted to charge way more and do more work than necessary. Couldn’t recommend them more. Very honest and knowledgeable.

Tony was very kind and patient with my questions. I didn’t catch her name, but the girl working the phones was also extremely kind. They both did all they could to help get my tub unclogged today (there was a bit of phone tag with the landlord, but all worked out!) Thank you, both!! I am very much looking forward to having an unclogged shower!

My basement flooded Friday night and was able to schedule the next day for someone to come by. They called confirm the appointment Saturday morning. They came later than the window, but explained that there was an emergency situation. I was just happy that they communicated and still came. During the appointment, the technician, Zach, was very friendly and professional. He let me watch him work and explained the process as he was working. It rained for a short while during the appointment but Zach did a good job even with the impending storm. We ended up running into a problem he couldnt fix, but he gave me good resources and advice on next steps with contacting the city and also scheduling a meeting with more experienced consultants with zoom drain the following week. Overall a very good service, and would commend our technician Zach specifically for really good customer service

Ryan Polsky was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, polite and kind. He showed respect for my home. Ryan was very thorough explaining the issue with my drain and pipes and the steps he will take to fix the problem. He didn’t just fix the problem, he made sure everything was cleaner than he found it. I am happy that I called Zoom Drain. I’ve used them in the past and they were great! They still have the same excellent service!

Zoom Drain was great to work with when we had an emergency at our home. They showed up in the window of time they provided. The technician, Lawrence, was very professional and friendly. He made sure to explain step by step what he was going to do and then explained the issue along with his proposed solution. Ryan P. Was prompt, professional and relatable. He wore booties in the house and made sure the work area was clean as he left. I’d work with Ryan again, any time. Zoom Drain did respond with same-day service. While I thought the bill was expensive, I found it in line with other “emergency “ services. I’d use them again.
